Play Pals: Weekly Themes, Friends, and Play

Get ready for our February Play Pals sessions. Join us every Monday from 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM at St. Paul's Lutheran Church at 135 Hamilton Street in Penn Yan.

Play Pals is open to all UPK children during the school time. Children can enjoy weekly themes and play at their own pace! Check out our upcoming themes:

ELEVATE Youth Strength Training

Enjoy a Q and A session along with equipment and exercise demonstrations from Ken Parsons, a certified personal trainer specializing in nutrition, strength and conditioning. Power Yoga with Jenni

Jenni discovered her “style" of yoga in 2007 and completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2010. Since then, she has participated in a variety of trainings. Her class sequences include sun salutations, A & B, standing, seated, and closing poses that will improve your flexibility, strength, and balance; providing a calming effect for mind and body.
