To create a culture of wellness in a vibrant and inviting space in which our community can connect, learn and thrive.

Our Mission

The Yates Community Center is committed to creating a safe and welcoming space that provides a wide range of opportunities to promote wellness and positive lifelong habits.

Through the support and cooperation of local organizations, community members, and our YCC employees, committees, and volunteers, our center offers:

  • A fully equipped Fitness Center
  • 3.1 miles of outside groomed walking and running trails
  • An outdoor area with a playground, basketball & pickleball courts, and a pavilion
  • Under construction, a new 35,000 square foot multi-purpose facility

  • Group Fitness Instructor – daytime hours

    Apply for this position through Indeed Yates Community Center (YCC) is seeking qualified Fitness Instructors (Independent Contractors) to lead group exercise classes in a welcoming, community-focused environment. Classes primarily serve adults and older adults and may include Pilates, strength & balance, low-impact fitness, flexibility, or specialty formats. Classes are held during the day.
