Get ready for Play Pals!! Join us every Monday from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Yates Community Center, 467 North Main Street in Penn Yan.


Play Pals is open to children 0-5 years of age. Children can enjoy weekly themes and play at their own pace! Check out our upcoming themes:

The Yates Community Center (YCC) is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr. Suzamie Farnsworth as the new President of the Board and Jill Bird as the new Vice President of the Board. This leadership change marks an exciting chapter for the YCC as it continues its mission to serve as a central hub for health and recreational activities in the community.

Yates County Legislature Approves $2M for New Facility at YCC

Yates County legislators approved a $2 million request for a fieldhouse at the Yates County Community Center in Penn Yan during the annual budget workshop held last week. Before making the decision, legislators addressed Steve Griffin, county economic developer, and Brian Cunningham, owner of Penn Yan Plumbing and Heating, asking clarifying questions.
