    Interested in learning how to can tomatoes but not sure where to start? Join the Yates Community Center and the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Yates County Master Food Preservers for a fun, interactive workshop learning about the safety, equipment, and benefits of preserving seasonal foods, such as tomatoes.

    The class will also include hands-on demos where participants will get to practice their canning skills.
