    March Cooking Class with Gretchen

    Join us for another Elks #1722 sponsored cooking class on Wednesday, March 11, from 11:00AM-12:30PM at the Penn Yan Elks Club. Gretchen is planning to make seafood tacos and a dish with lentils. You will get hands-on cooking experience and then you will get to enjoy the dish you prepared!  As always, Gretchen will provide cooking techniques, tips, and important nutritional advice. You won’t want to miss this dish!
