    To sign up for class memberships, you can register online, by phone at 315-536-3354 or pay in-person during our staffed hours on Monday-Friday 8:00am to 7:30pm, Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm, or Sunday 8:00am to 1:00pm.

    Pilates is a low-impact workout that strengthens your core, improves posture, and builds long, lean muscles.

    $10 Drop-in
    $32 4 classes (to be used in one month)
    $60 8 classes (to be used in two months)
