    Interested in learning how to make traditionally fermented foods to preserve the seasonal bounty? Join CCE Yates Master Food Preservers Celeste Lewis and Perry Snyderman, to learn the basics of making fermented foods and how to ferment food safely. We’ll also work together to prepare a batch of sauerkraut for you to bring home your own jar!
