This 45-minute, beat-based workout combines low-impact strength training movements that are accessible to all fitness levels. Using dumbbells and resistance bands, you’ll work your entire body through a variety of exercises designed to increase strength, improve balance, and boost confidence—all while moving to motivating music.
Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to add variety to your fitness routine, Sculpt XV offers a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone can succeed.
