ELEVATE Youth Teen Strength Training

Teen Strength Training Class for Ages 14-18

Enjoy a Q and A session along with equipment and exercise demonstrations from Ken Parsons, a certified personal trainer specializing in nutrition, strength and conditioning. Teens will learn more about everyday health and wellness and how they can properly implement strength training into their exercise routines.
