Jenni discovered her “style" of yoga in 2007 and completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2010. Since then, she has participated in a variety of trainings. Her class sequences include sun salutations, A & B, standing, seated, and closing poses that will improve your flexibility, strength, and balance; providing a calming effect for mind and body.
